With 35,000 square feet of building space, Doolittle Hall offers both size and variety. Our event spaces provide flexible meeting rooms to accommodate everything from training sessions, executive summits, board meetings, sales conferences, government education and more. All meeting rooms provide high-speed internet and audiovisual presentation equipment. Our dedication to customer service will ensure that you achieve your meeting objectives while attendees engage in an environment conducive to productivity.

Your Conference & Meeting Pricing Includes:

  • Exclusive use of a variety of spaces to accommodate various group sizes
  • Either a four or eight-hour space rental (additional time is billed per hour) from meeting set up to tear down
  • 72-inch round tables seating 8-10 guests (35 available) and banquet chairs (300 available)
  • 6-foot banquet tables for all food and beverage needs, classroom style seating, registration table, etc.
  • Audio visual equipment to include projector, screen, computer and microphones in both the Assembly and Boardroom spaces
  • On-premise building chaperone during your event and custodial staff following
