About Us

You do NOT need to have any ties to the military or Air Force Academy to use our facilities for your event.

The Association of Graduates is the alumni association of the U.S. Air Force Academy. We are an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is located on the Air Force Academy.

Our Building, Doolittle Hall is the Alumni House and headquarters of the Association of Graduates (AOG). The 2-story building occupies a 12-acre site just west of the Academy Falcon Club. In addition to housing the AOG offices the 35,000 square foot building is designed to serve a variety of functions.

  • A large 1st-floor assembly, entertainment and display area has the capability of hosting several hundred people at events such as homecomings, reunions, receptions, recognition functions and conferences. The 6,000 square foot assembly area can accommodate 200 for a sit-down dinner. This area is also spacious enough to accommodate rotating displays, collections and memorabilia.
  • A library/lounge is adjacent to the assembly area and provides a sophisticated social area for small gatherings. Bartenders can be scheduled and the full-service bar stocks a variety of alcoholic beverages, special order beer and wine. For meetings, coffee and soft drinks can be provided for a nominal fee.
  • A high-quality boardroom can serve as a meeting facility for groups of less than 30. It is adjacent to the library/lounge which provides a leisurely atmosphere for meeting breaks. Power-point, overhead projector and teleconferencing are available.
  • The atrium area (in excess of 3500 sq. ft.) will comfortably seat 100 for a luncheon or small dinner, with adequate space for a buffet line and/or a portable bar. Other than a podium and microphone there is no built-in AV equipment in the atrium area. A CD player is available through our sound system.

The Air Force Academy is currently open to all visitors with a valid picture ID (Drivers License) during visitor hours (currently 8:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. daily). Events scheduled outside of these hours can be accommodated by the use of an Entry Access List, coordinated by our staff.
